Production facilities

Lagoon is part of CNB, a division of Groupe Bénéteau, world leader in the construction of pleasure sailboats. This association enables us to draw on the strengths of the group as a whole:
  • industrial capacity
  • R&D facilities
  • commercial outreach
  • human resources
  • financial structure

Lagoon catamarans are built on two sites:

Belleville sur Vie, in the Vendée region

This factory, one of the latest generation of Groupe Bénéteau production sites, is totally devoted to the construction of Lagoon catamarans ranging from 38 to 45 feet in length.

With its computer-controlled equipment, infusion-moulding facilities, advanced mechanical, electrical and plumbing installation processes, and pool for testing the boats systems , the Belleville factory sums up the globally acknowledged technical expertise of the Groupe Bénéteau.

The CNB yard, Bordeaux

Located on the banks of the Garonne, the CNB site in Bordeaux covers an area of 100,000 m², of which 44,000 m² are indoors. Here, our "big" (50 ft and more) catamarans are built, as well as the Yachts (60 to 80 ft) and Superyachts (over 80 ft) for which CNB is internationally renowned.

Majoring on the construction of large sailing vessels, the Bordeaux yard also has one of the most modern cabinet-making shops in the industry, with facilities for digitally controlled cutting and finishing, computerised identification of parts, pre-assembly, etc.

And, of course, it is here in Bordeaux that the new "Lagoon custom" superyachts are being developed.
